"Engine 33" is a 1987 Pierce Lance with seating for 6 firefighters. "17" is a favorite of many of the firefighters at Station 33. The Engine has a 2000 GPM pump with 750 gal. of water on board. 3317 carries 1400 ft of 4" LDH. It also has 4 x 1 3/4 preconnects, 1 x 2 1/2" step gun, & a preconnected deluge gun. 3317 serves as an excellent water supply engine due to the fact if can draft or be supplied from the front & both sides of the apparatus. Engine 33's primary response is second out for structure fires in the borough and first out for structure fires outside the borough. It is also a primary response for vehicle fires & wildland/brush fires. Engine 33 is special called quite often for mutal aid calls by our surrounding fire depts.

 "Truck 33" is a 1998 Pierce Aerial on a Lance Chasis with seating for 8 firefighters. Truck 3351 primarily is first out response for structure fires, CO calls, auto alarms, and inside investigations within the borough or close proximity to the borough. "Truck 33" carries a wide variety of Truck Company equipment including a Bullard thermal imaging camera, a multi gas meter, and some basic rope rescue equipment. Truck 33 also serves as an Engine Co. on many calls. It performs Engine Co. ops with a 2000 GPM pump with 400 gallons of water on board. Truck 33 carries 500 ft of 4" LDH. The truck operates 5 x 1 3/4" preconnects, 1 x 2 1/2" preconnect, a 2 1/2" step gun preconnect, and a preconnected deluge gun along with the ladder pipe waterway.

Rescue 3338

"Rescue 33" is a 1992 Pierce Rescue on a 4 x 4 International commercial chasis.The rescue is primary response for MVA's, QRS, specialized rescues, RIT calls, and cascade calls. 3338 is a "wet" rescue due to the fact that is equiped with a 500 gpm pump & carrying 300 gal of water. It also has 2 x 1 3/4" preconnects at 150' each.The rescue was primarily a squad until it assumed primary rescue responsiblities a few years ago. Rescue 33 carries 2 sets of hydraulic rescue tools. One being a preconnected Code 3 set which includes a combi-tool, O cutter, spreader and shears. The other hydraulic set that the rescue carries is an Amkus that includes O cutter, spreaders and a 4 size ram set. Rescue 33 carries high pressure air bags along with the hydraulic tools. Various sizes of cribbing along with ploy step blocks, 2 sets of adjustable "Junkyard Dog" stabilizer struts and 2 high lift jacks are carried on the rescue for stabilization needs. A Scott Eagle imager thermal imaging camera is also carried on the rescue.  Also carried on Rescue 33 is a 4 gas multi gas meter. Recently placed into service was a newly upgraded cascade system. The cascade was upgraded from a 4500 psi sytem to a 6000 psi system. Rescue 33 can carry 9 firefighters to the scene.

Brush 3372

1967 Dodge Powerwagon 

"Brush 33" was aquired from the PA DCNR for their cooperative aid program for wildland /brush fire use. 3372 is a 1967 Dodge Powerwagon. Brush 33 has a unique history to it. Brush 33 was on display in the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C. for several years before it was aquired by the Forestry Dept. Brush 33 has been recently rehabed by Glick Fire Equipment after an accident that occured in 2005. Several upgrades were performed while it was at Glick. Brush 33 serves as a brush engine with a 300 gpm pump and 150 gal. of water on board. The brush carries a variety of wildland fire tools plus various sizes of forestry line. Recently placed on Brush 33 was a Hannay hose reel with 200' of 1" hose. 3372 carries 2 firefighters and is the primary response for wildland/brush fires and rough terrain rescue.
