Brush 62 (Old Hookies Engine 8) as it looks presently...

FF/EMT Chris Walker from Seven Valleys Fire Co. (York County Station 62) recently sent a photo of their brush rig, Brush 62, to the webmasters.  Brush 62,  formerly Hookies Engine 8, is a 1975 Dodge Power Wagon mini-pumper with a 250 gpm pto pump carrying 200 gallons of water. Old Engine 8 fought many fires when it served in the Hookies fleet. A few improvements have been made, but old Engine 8 still looks much like it did in its Hookies days.  Engine 8 was sold to Seven Valleys Fire Co. in York County PA in 1992 when it was replaced with the current Rescue 33.
